The guesthouse is a geothermally heated 26 m2 log cabin with a 9 m2 deck in front facing East, and a new bigger deck facing South. It stands next to the host‘s resident house called Tröð, just about 3 miles South from Sauðárkrókur pop. 2500
Tröð is located in Western Skagafjörður, by road nr. 75 between Sauðárkrókur and Varmahlíð. About 5 kilometers from Sauðárkrókur and 20 from Varmahlíð.
The cabin has a bedroom with a double bed, and a livingroom with a double sofa bed.(see the photos).
